URGENT! Our shelter is in crisis. The increase in dogs and cats has skyrocketed expenses. Public aid only covers 11% of the annual costs, and private donations are not enough. Our facilities are collapsing, and the animals are stressed. We owe over 10,000 euros to veterinarians, and the bills keep increasing. In May alone, we received 37 dogs. PLEASE, HELP US (donate, become a member, volunteer, or foster)

Description : These faithful eyes are waiting for their forever home. Who can resist this beauty? Our Groucho was discovered wandering alone down a road when he was very young. Unfortunately, he is now one of our long-term residents at the shelter, but we don’t understand why this handsome dog, with his heart of gold, is always overlooked. We assume that the reason is, that the handsome Groucho has a considerable size of about 67 cm shoulder height, he is “a big dog” Groucho is probably a cross between a Mastiff and a Saint Bernard. He has a rather calm character, he is a bit reserved and cautious with strange people at first. However, once he gets to know you a little bit, he is very trusting and loves to be petted. What he still lacks is a real home. Groucho has been in the shelter for a long time and has never experienced what it means to have a home and be surrounded by loving people who give him their full attention and affection. We are sure that with a lot of love and a little patience, Groucho will become a great companion who will be very grateful to his human family for his new and satisfying life as a dog. Would you like to give this guard dog a warm home, go for long walks with him, prepare a nice little corner in your house and give him all the security and affection that he was never allowed to experience until now?
