Barbie, Lesley, and Nancy are three little sisters who were found in the middle of a main road in Alcañiz. They were terrified, dodging passing cars, and putting their lives at risk. Fortunately, a local veterinarian saw them and stopped the traffic to catch them and save them. They are three more babies born to a street cat. When we found them, they were malnourished, infested with fleas, and had terribly infected eyes. Although their mother was nearby watching what was happening, she couldn’t be caught at that moment. However, our team has set up a trap to capture her, provide any necessary medical treatment, spay her, and then return her to a safe place to continue the life she knows. The three babies are in a foster home where they are receiving the medication, love, and attention they deserve. Barbie is a sweet little kitten, she loves to play and cuddle with her foster family, including a dog. Sometimes she can get a little scared with noises that she is unfamiliar with, but this is normal enough for a young kitten, and now in foster care she will become more and more familiar with daily life in the home.
