Poor little Amai, this sweet little girl who we are told is 12 years old was handed into the shelter after her Mom had to be placed in a nursing home and the family could’nt keep her. This poor little cat has no idea why she has ended up in the shelter after so many years of being loved in a home environment. Initially at the shelter she is afraid, sad and hides, this breaks our hearts to see her like this and it is of high importance that she is rehomed as soon as possible, back into a loving home that can once again show her that she is safe, loved and cared for. This girl even though she is in an unfamiliar place and she is extremely afraid with all the noise of the barking dogs, shows no aggressions, she allows us to touch her and enjoys it. We just need someone to give this little old lady a chance.
