For all those who ask us if we have a small dog for adoption, here is Papi with his 30 cm height! Papi is a true lover of people and greatly enjoys their company. It is a loyal companion always willing to provide affection and receive caresses.
Papi gets along great with his foster family cats and is an overall sociable dog. He walks in an exemplary way on a leash, which makes him the ideal companion for going for a walk. It is compatible with dogs of its size, both females and males.
It’s important to note that Papi is terrified of storms, so he’ll need a “panic room” where he can hide under the bed and where the door stays closed during the storm so he feels safe. Storms can cause you a lot of anxiety and even put your health at risk.
Plus, Papi has amazing escapist skills. This little guy is able to jump more than a meter high and even open doors. Therefore, it is essential that you live in a fenced area to prevent leakage and keep you protected.
Papi also has preferences when it comes to food. He does not like to share and prefers not to have other animals around while he eats. Respecting his space during mealtime is important so that he feels comfortable and relaxed.
He loves to go for walks and, above all, he really enjoys car trips. Her little face fills with excitement every time she gets in the car to go on an adventure.
If you’re looking for a little companion with a charming personality, Papi is the perfect dog!
Adoption costs for dogs : ADULT 180€ / PUPPY 120€ All animals available for adoption have a microchip and passport. They have been tested for common diseases (Leishmania for dogs, FeLV and FIV for cats). Adult animals are fully vaccinated and castrated.* Until complete adaptation, adult supervision with small children is essential.
** This means we have tested the dog with cats in the shelter and has shown no reactive behaviour, but this does not guarantee 100% compatibility with cats. Therefore, we always advise that cats and dogs are together only under surveillance.
